1. Donations
All donations made to Sri Ramanarayanam are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
Refund requests for accidental duplicate transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.
2. Ticket Bookings & Entry Passes
Any tickets or entry passes purchased through our website are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of a technical error leading to multiple deductions, please contact us for resolution.
3. Services & Pooja Bookings
Pooja and other ritual bookings made online are non-refundable after confirmation.
If you wish to reschedule a booked pooja, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Events & Special Programs: Cancellations initiated by Sri Ramanarayanam due to unforeseen circumstances will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
User-Initiated Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for user-initiated cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
